Laboratory Testing Parameters

Physical Parameters:Moisture percentage, particle mesh size, bulk density, kernel size, test weight.
Chemical Parameters:ASTA color values, Scoville Heat Units (SHU), volatile oil percentage, curcumin percentage.
Contaminant Screening:Sudan Red dyes (I-IV), Aflatoxins B1+B2+G1+G2, heavy metals, pesticide residues.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Every dispatched lot is accompanied by a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA). Our quality control team verifies that physical and chemical parameters match the exact target values agreed upon in the buyer contract.

Sample Request & COA Verification

Buyers may request pre-shipment lab samples with matching COA documentation prior to issuing bulk purchase orders.
